The M/V Northern Song's amenities are the result of over 30 years in commercial and sport fishing in Southeast Alaska, which influenced its custom design and construction. The aft deck is weather protected and just a few steps from a comfortable salon, dining table, VCR cassette/CD stereo, a large freezer, and fully stocked refrigerator. Watch your rod as you dine. The Northern Song features two comfortable and safe launches with radios and fathometers to provide a fast trip to catch Dungeness crab, dig clams on an unbelievable clam bed, fish the holes of a stream, work the edges of a kelp patch for rockfish, drift for a halibut or walk an isolated beach. Once you have reserved dates for your yacht charter, we’ll work with you to create the perfect customized itinerary for an ideal Alaskan fishing adventure tailored to meet your family or group’s preferences. Many of our family or couples custom charters combine an exciting mix of activities since the Inside Passage offers such tremendous diversity of scenery, beachcombing, glaciers, photography, wildlife viewing and the whales. Whales, everyday, everywhere! We are glad to customize a 5 to 10 day trip for your group or have you join one of our scheduled fishing trips. When you arrive, you'll be transported from the airport to the boat or hotel and back again at the end of your voyage. Your double-occupancy cabin awaits you with bedding and towels. A refrigerator full of complimentary juices, soft drinks, bottled water and beer, plus select wine with dinner and snacks galore supplements superb meals. Tackle, bait, guides, cleaning and freezing to your portion specs, are all part of the package. Once we arrive back in port, your catch will be delivered to specialists for boxing and transporting to the airport for you. Taking your catch as checked baggage saves shipping costs and best assures you get it home to enjoy later. Your catch will taste fresh for many more months if it's vacuum packed.
